Use of the site
Eligibility
By accessing or using rajaluckwin.net (the "Site"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are not prohibited by any applicable law from participating in online gaming or prize-based activities. Users located in Indian states where such activities are restricted by state legislation must not access the Site. If you do not meet these requirements, you must exit immediately.
Permitted use
You may use the Site solely for lawful personal purposes in accordance with these Terms of Service. You agree not to: use the Site in any manner that violates applicable Indian or international law; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its servers; introduce viruses, trojans, or other malicious material; reproduce or commercially exploit any portion of the Site without our express written permission; or use automated bots, scrapers, or data-gathering tools. Violations may result in immediate account suspension and referral to law enforcement authorities.
Account responsibilities
If you register an account on the Site, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access. Raja Luck reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts linked to fraudulent activity, multiple registrations by the same individual, or any breach of these Terms. We may verify your identity using Aadhaar-based KYC or other government-issued identification as required under applicable Indian regulations.
Intellectual property
Ownership
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Raja Luck or its licensed content suppliers and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India), the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and all other applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any content constitutes an infringement of our rights and may attract civil and criminal liability under Indian law.
Trademarks
The name "Raja Luck", the associated logo, and all related marks, trade names, and slogans are trademarks or service marks of Raja Luck. Nothing on the Site shall be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any licence or right to use any trademark without our prior written permission. Unauthorised use of any Raja Luck trademark is strictly prohibited and will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limited licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to modify or create derivative works, commercially exploit any content obtained from the Site, or remove any copyright or proprietary notices. If you submit any content to the Site, you grant Raja Luck a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and display such content for operational and promotional purposes.
Limitation of liability
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all content, features, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Raja Luck does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Site entirely at your own risk.
Limitation of damages
To the maximum extent permitted under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and other applicable Indian law, Raja Luck, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Raja Luck in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Third-party services
The Site may integrate with third-party payment processors, including UPI-based services such as PhonePe, Google Pay, and BHIM. Raja Luck is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of those platforms, nor for any transaction failures, delays, or charges imposed by them. Any disputes related to payment processing must be addressed directly with the relevant payment service provider.
