Use of the Site
By accessing or using rajaluckwin.net (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Site in any capacity.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction to access or use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Raja Luck reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate access where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Users accessing the Site from states where online gaming is restricted or prohibited are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws.
Permitted use
You may use the Site solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to: use the Site in any manner that violates applicable Indian laws or regulations; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Site, its servers, or connected systems; use automated tools, bots, or scripts without prior written consent; post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or obscene; engage in fraudulent activity including creating multiple accounts, exploiting bonus schemes, or colluding with other users; or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Site.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site is the exclusive property of Raja Luck or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use of any Content constitutes an infringement and may attract civil and criminal liability.
Ownership
The Raja Luck name, logo, trademarks, and all related graphics, text, software, code, databases, audio, video, and other materials available on the Site (collectively, "Content") are owned by or licensed to Raja Luck. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights in the Content to you. Third-party trademarks referenced on the Site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
Limited licence
Raja Luck grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site solely for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any Content; reverse engineer or decompile any software forming part of the Site; remove or alter any proprietary notices; or use any Content for commercial purposes without Raja Luck's prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Raja Luck, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its services.
Scope of limitation
This limitation applies regardless of whether the claimed liability arises in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, and even if Raja Luck has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Specific exclusions include: loss of funds resulting from failed or delayed UPI transactions due to third-party payment infrastructure issues; losses arising from account suspension following a breach of these Terms; and losses caused by circumstances beyond Raja Luck's reasonable control, including server outages, regulatory actions, or force majeure events.
Maximum aggregate liability
Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, Raja Luck's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to your use of the Site shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Raja Luck account during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under Indian law.
