Raja Luck - Privacy Policy

Read the Raja Luck privacy policy: what information we collect, how we use and protect it, your data-protection rights, and how to contact us with any privacy questions.

Information we collect

Information you provide directly

When you register an account, make a deposit, or contact our support team, we collect personal information you submit, including your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, postal address, and payment details. If you transact via UPI platforms such as PhonePe, GPay, or BHIM, we record the virtual payment address (VPA) and transaction reference number associated with each payment. If you use net banking or a debit card, we store masked card or account details sufficient to process refunds and reconcile transactions.

Identity verification data

To comply with applicable regulations in India, we collect copies of government-issued identity documents such as Aadhaar, PAN card, or passport, along with proof of address. Aadhaar-based verification is performed through an OTP consent flow; we do not store the full Aadhaar number, retaining only a masked reference as permitted under the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery) Act. PAN details are used for tax reporting obligations above applicable thresholds under the Income Tax Act, 1961.

Usage and technical data

We automatically collect your IP address, device identifier, browser type, operating system, session timestamps, and in-platform activity logs each time you access Raja Luck. This data helps us detect suspicious login attempts, enforce single-account policies, and ensure platform stability across devices, whether you access us via a desktop browser, Android app, or iOS device.

How we use your information

Account management and service delivery

We use your personal information to create and maintain your account, process deposits and withdrawals through supported payment rails (UPI, net banking, and wallets), verify your identity at registration and at enhanced KYC thresholds, and provide uninterrupted access to all Raja Luck features. Transaction data is reconciled daily against our payment gateway records to ensure accuracy of your account balance.

Legal, regulatory, and tax compliance

We process your data as required under applicable Indian law, including anti-money-laundering obligations under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, responsible gambling guidelines, and TDS deduction and reporting requirements under Section 194BA of the Income Tax Act. When legally compelled, we share information with regulators, law-enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units. We retain compliance-related records for a minimum of five years from the date of the relevant transaction.

Security, fraud prevention, and marketing

We analyse account activity and payment patterns to detect fraudulent transactions, bonus abuse, and unauthorised access, acting in the legitimate interests of all platform users. With your consent, we may also send promotional offers, bonus alerts, and feature updates by email or SMS. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time via the unsubscribe link in any communication or through your account notification settings; opting out does not affect transactional or compliance-related communications.

Your rights

Access, correction, and deletion

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct inaccurate information, and to request deletion of data we are no longer legally required to retain. Requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. We may decline deletion requests where retention is mandated by law, for example, KYC records required under anti-money-laundering regulations or transaction records required for tax purposes.

Data portability and withdrawal of consent

Where technically feasible, you may request your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format. If we process your data on the basis of consent, such as for marketing communications or optional analytics, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Withdrawing consent for KYC processing may result in account suspension where verification is a regulatory requirement.

Grievance redressal

In accordance with applicable Indian data-protection principles, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to handle privacy complaints. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may raise a formal complaint by writing to our Grievance Officer at the contact address below. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
